I'm Donovan Wick

I have owned and operated Mac-Minded, LLC since October, 2004. It has been my pleasure to serve over 300 clients in Denver and the surrounding areas over that time. Although I specialize in Apple products, I have extensive experience working with all sorts of related products and devices, including PCs, printers, networking components, tablets, phones, etc.

My Family

I live with my wife and 4 children in Northfield Stapleton, Denver, CO. I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana, which has given me great skills in dealing with many types of clients in many different situations. Most of my clients believe my greatest strengths are communicating clearly without using techno-jargon and having a tenacious approach to problem solving.

How I Work

I typically come to clients’ homes or offices, but occasionally have equipment dropped off at my home office when circumstances call for it.
